I need help with getting the kind of mortgage and interest rates?
I always think of a mortgage, but I do not know what kind of mortgage would be best suited. I'm inteding on borrowng between £ 45,000 and £ 55,000 more than 20-25 years, but I do not know what type of mortgage is best would be preserved and how much monthly repayments. If someone can give me an estimate of the monthly repayment for the amount and the time for repayment, which would contribute significantly to this. I tried a few online calculators, but I was told that they are not very accurate, as I do not know exactly what the interest rates would be:) Thanks! 
Try this link below it, a 10 yr fixed rate for 10 years so you know exactly how much you pay per month. A 45k loan over 25 years costs £ 278 or give you to take a few pounds per month, for example www.westbrom.co.uk
