Do I need a funding be licensed in Texas as a Mortgage Broker (Commercial), if I charge fees for the mediation?
Instead of the survey Broker a fee, I could call it a "Finders Fee" or a "Consulting Fee"? I work for a Mortgage Banker but I am looking starting my own business, when I developed some relationships over the years. I am currently not allowed.
